Trip:

The journey begins at Santo Tomás beach, where we'll settle in comfortably on board and start our route heading east, toward some of the most beautiful coves in all of Menorca.

Once we set sail, we'll have between one and two hours of navigation—depending on the weather—during which we'll aim to sail under wind power alone, if conditions allow. Our destination will be one of the nearby coves, such as Cala Escorxada, Cala Mitjana, or the famous Cala Macarella.

It's important to note that on the day of your excursion, the sea conditions in the south of the island may not always be ideal for sailing. In that case, the boat will be positioned in a different part of Menorca where the weather is more favorable, and the trip will be adapted to explore that area instead.

Alternative departure points include Cala Morell, north of Ciutadella—an enchanting cove with easy road access and close to beautiful, untouched spots like Cala Pilar and Cala Pregonda, which are hard to reach by land.

Booking Cancellations:

Our cancellation policy is designed to keep things simple and stress-free. While some situations are beyond our control, we'll always do our best to find a fair solution for everyone.

If you need to change your date or cancel your booking, we kindly ask that you let us know as early as possible. You can email us at info@veleromenorca.com or call us at +34 624298986.

If you notify us at least 30 days in advance, we'll refund 90% of the amount paid—keeping just 10% to cover administrative costs.

If you need to cancel due to force majeure (such as illness, a family emergency, flight issues, theft, etc.) and can provide proof, we'll refund the full amount minus 10% for admin fees.

Unfortunately, we can't issue any refunds without proper justification.

Weather-Related Cancellations:

As you probably know, sailing depends heavily on weather conditions, and sometimes the forecast just isn't in our favor. If that happens, don't worry—we'll do everything we can to adjust the route to a calmer area of the island or reschedule your trip for another day.

If it's not possible to find a new date for your excursion, we'll refund the full amount you've paid in advance.

Here are some examples of weather conditions that won't prevent us from setting sail:

- Partly cloudy skies. The sun almost always shows up eventually! Don't forget your sunglasses.

- Light and occasional rain during the route. We'll do our best to avoid it and make the most of the wind.

- Cooler temperatures and not enough layers. We recommend bringing a jacket just in case it gets chilly.

Cancellations by VeleroMenorca:

If we need to cancel your trip due to a technical issue with the boat or the skipper being unavailable, and we can't agree on a new date that works for you, we'll issue a full refund of any amount you've paid.

Payment:

Payments are made through a secure online platform, managed by our bank.

VeleroMenorca does not store your credit card information—this process is handled externally, outside of our website.

If you need an invoice, just contact us after receiving your confirmation email, and our team will send it to you.
